If you live in Virginia and if your 485 is transferred to Baltimore for
Interview, Please post your experience.....

I am trying to find out if Baltimore INS accepts 485 cases for Virginia
Residents.

See my positng on the subject. The officer did everything including taking finger prints..but transferred the case to Arlington..he said everything looks good and they will call me in couple of weeks.

Transfer date to baltimore is 05/17/01

I did talk to my lawyer and he said that it is not a problem(May be just another standard answer). My employer is in maryland , I dont know whether that makes a difference or not?

Are you resident of Virginia?Didnt you try to transfer your case to Arlington.
I wonder IIO at baltimore INS accepted your interview and other details even finger print.
Where is ur case now? Have you got approved?Please post ur details
