Hi .

I come to usa becouse my wife she envite me and she is citizen in usa and i m from other contry !

I have green card for 2 years permanent .
when i get my green card my wife and her mom firing problems, and i was i the house and we have problems and my wife call the police and i irested for 24 our for voilence domistic ! and after thas i dismessed for take the class .

know my quation is after 2 years i will have problems with imigration or not , i still with my wife know everything is fine betwen her and i .


pls I need help .

You have to report that you were arrested and that the case was then dismissed. Even if the case was dismissed you must still report it on your i751 form because if they find out later you could have your application denied.

I'm not sure of that. But the repercussions of not declaring your arrest record will be far worse then letting them know up front. Also as your case is different, I would book a consultation with a immigration lawyer.
