Hi Friends !!

I have a urgent issue to ask . My H1B stamp was expired on 06 Feb 2003.
It will be one year old 06 Feb 2004.
I do have new H1B approval and i am now very confused that should i send my
passport for stamping as it took 3 months and by the time they start process my application ,
my visa stamp expiry date will be more than a year .
e.g if i count 3 months from lets say 08 Nov , they would start processing by 08 Feb and by that time visa stamp will be one year old.

This one year expiry thing is the date when you send your passport or the date when your application gets in for processing !!!

Can you please advise me on that !!!!

Thanx a lot

sunny
