My dad who is green card holder filed petion as unmarried son of age more than 21
and i am sending my recipt as attachment and i have recipet of dec-2002
and at presnt they are showing that thye are processing the case of 2005 but still i got no call frm them so can u guys suggest me something

Where do you see that? As per the visa bulletin, they are processing F2B cases with a PD of 22 Aug 1995 and your PD is 4 Dec 2002.

Also, the receipt notice you have attached is your personal information and not for public eyes. If you dont wish for someone to use your information and impersonate you, go ahead and remove your attachment or blank out the sections that show your personal information. As for your question, you dint have to attach your NOA in the first place.
