Very Urgent Please Help

Currenlty working for company A on H1B, which has validity for next two years.

Applied for a H1B-TRANSFER to company B, 3 months back. Got the approval today. I never worked for company B, since I applied for the transfer, have been working for A only and I didn't tell them about the transfer.

Can I still continue working for company-A for 2-3 more months and then move to company B. I am waiting for project to come and then want to move to B.

At company-A I am a fulltime employee and moving to company-B to work as a consultant.

My employer at company-B know about all this and he fully co-operative, and for company-A I want to tell them once I decide to leave.

Can some body answer this question, this is very urgent.

You should be ok

I don't think there is any issue here. You can continue to work for current Company A as long as you want, then move to comp B whenever you want with the approved 797 notice for comp B.

If you want peace of mind talk to an attorney and get it confirmed.
