Very urgent please help

Hi,

I am working on H1 visa and my wife came to US last month on H4 visa.I got my 485 approval notice 2 days back(Passport not yest stamped) and i sent my wife 485 papers yesterday. I am not sure whether they are going to accept my wife's 485. Please suggest whether she can stay in US? If no, what are the different options to stay in US.

Please advice.
