Labor, I-140 Got approved from company A and worked with them 1.5 yr). Joined company B (A's client under pressure) and worked 2 yr. A filed my I-485 on Future employment basis. Got laid off by B. I was on bench for 7-8 months. Neither A couldn't find me a project nor paid me anything. Joined company C as permanant in March(7 months back). Same job,salary,desc etc. A is not happy with me. Also I have to move from my present address to another but in the same area code by 30 Oct,2003.
A's Attorney is talking to me but don't have trust on him as he is also had some kind of dispute with company A sometime back. Don't know now...
1. Spoke to this attorney and asked about the address change. He said that send me new address. He will inform INS..
2. He said that he will inform me in case of any RFE
Should I believe on him or should hire a new attorney?
Can he black mail me?
Can he tell my company A?
What I should do? because any day I can hear any news from INS
