Very Urgent!! Need to file PERM asap

No way to file PERM within 40 days.vmsr said:Hi,

The minimum time for filing a PERM application is 61 days and thats with no applicants to deal with and following the due process of adverts.
There is no feasible way to file sooner on the PERM system without triggering an automatic denial.

there's a workaround: take your time file perm, say maybe 3month into your 6th, then take a leave and go out of the country for 3 month, come back re-capture the lost 3 month on your h1, now you satisfy the 7th year extension requirement-file 1 year before your 5th ends
