Very Urgent H1B transfer question

I received RFE on H1B transfer (premium Processing - NSC) on August 9th asking "Where will the beneficiary work?" based on which company sent contract documents, signed time sheets (I have already started working on the project) and brief desc. of project.

Attorneys fedex-ed RFE response next day. USCIS system says "Response was received on 12th August". How long does it take for USCIS to respond? I talked to a lawyer and she said it takes 2-3 days, its past that and I am very worried.

Please help (Ginnu and others).

There is no set response time, it takes as long as it takes. 2-3 days is probably typical but that does not mean anything, the officer could be out sick, on vacation, dead, or just plain lazy or slow. Five days is certainly not an extraordinary amount of time. I wouldn't worry until it breaks 10 days.
