Very Urgent , Does Lca Or H1b1 Needs To Be Amended

Hello

I am on h1b1 and my company has set up in New york , Delware, IOWA.

I have already applied LC from NY but since its taking a lot of time in NY so my company wants to file my LC from IOWA. But my problem is my LCA was approved for NY location .

My Company president has suggested that its better i should work in IOWA in order to get LC from that state . although by law its not required but its good for LC FROM IOWA

My question is

1-Do I need to amend my LCA and delete NY Location and add IOWA Location

2-Instead of deleting NY location can i only add IOWA Location since i have also filed LC from NY

3-Do I need to amend my H1B1 also I mean do we have to file any amended h1b1 to BCIS in case we add IOWA location


Guys Please Help

1. LCA amendment, adding IOWA location is required
2. Yes
3. No need to file H1 amendment if the job is still the same.
