Very Urgent advise for stamping after 221-g - Attention jaxen

Hello,

I had a 221-g when i went for first time stamping in India.
They asked for

Recent letter of offer from the US company (original)

Photographs (15) of the inside and outside of the premises of your intended place of work
Interior and exterior photos(15) of the petitioners premises and of the work premises where the H1 worker will be deployed.
A recent copy of the I-129 form

Principals certified or notarized state and federal tax returns for the last three(3) years.
W-2 forms for all people employed by the petitioner

Now actually after my H1-B was approved and i went for first time
stamping the employer forgot to give me the Appointment letter and
has given other documents needed for stamping.They were in one particular
address say 'ABC', Street 1, Florida .So the Application to Counsulate,I-129, LCA
everything had the above address as on June 1,2003.
I went for stamping on August 5th.
Now after 2 months the employer has sent all the documents asked in the
counsulate.The employer has shifted his address and is in
'XYZ', Street 30, Florida.
The Offer letter is back dated as on May-20 but the address is
the new one below the company i.e., 'XYZ', Street 30, Florida.

It is something like this

TZK Infosystems

Dated: 20-May-2003

'XYZ', Street 30, Florida.

....
...

1.Is this an issue??? Please suggest.DO i have to get the address changed.

2.Also the company is a small time company - very few employees less than 10 and basically they work at client sites.The offer letter clearly states that i would work at the client site.The company is located in the street - basically one of the houses in that street and it does not have a board saying that it is TZK Infosystems.This i found out with the photos that were sent.Can this be a problem.Their Tax returns and w-2 forms were sent to me.They seem to be ok.

Now please do suggest whether i should get my offer letter altered and also ask them to have a board written with the name of the company at their door and send one or two more pictures with this.Again this could take quite some time say atleast 2 weeks for all this for the employer as they are very slow.

Do you i think i have good chances for getting h1-B stamped.If the chances are good i want to go otherwise i want to stop the process here as i had undergone lot of mental tension with all this.Please give your valuable suggestions regarding all this.

it all depends how much your employer is willing to risk. your employer (and possibly lawyer's) involvement is crucial.

Hello Jaxen,
Can you tell me regarding the two points i mentioned.What it should be ideally.Becoz i have to make a decision whether or not go for stamping.(If they dont agree but the changes are needed then i wont go for stamping again.)

There were few more questions asked.

They asked for regarding clients as below
1.A list of all clients and complete description of all active projects at intended place of work and applicant’s role, if any, in them. In each instance who is the direct contractor with the client.
2.A list of all the projects, and their time lines , in which the H1 worker has been deployed, with a detailed explanation of the work conducted and the client in question. Include client reference for each and every project on the list.
3.Contact from the client side for each of the companys active projects.

Now my USA employer has given a copy of contract between themselves i.e., say TZK Infosystems and Verisoft (Client).The contract says no details about client can be divulged(i.e., cannot be given to anyone).It seems lawyer said it was okay and the
employer cannot give those details.

He says he can write a letter addressing to counsulate regarding the confidential agreement.DO u think atleast this could be okay if he writes a letter.

If i give all the above documents like..appointment letter,letter telling counsulate about change of address + about contract,photos with a board telling the company name in that house, i do have 3 years tax returns plus employees w-2 forms will this be sufficient or that would be still a toss.
