Dear All,
I just spoke to the customer servive @nebraska for my second RFE.
He told me that aug 20 the issued 21st it was mailed we receive reply on the 12th LUD on 12 and 13 Sept and then 21st Sept system says another RFE issues on 20th and mailed on 21st.
BUST HE DOES NOT SEE ANY RFE THAT HAS BEEN ISSUED
I told him I have to leave the country in 2 weeks time and this is making me nervous, he was really sweet and said enjoy your trip and have the lawyer worry about it. What are we waiting for NO RFE.
Has anyone see such a bizzare thing, no RFE in their system, he says sometime someone calls and they update it like that, I did not get what he was saying. What to do now.
