Very Rare Case!

Hello,

I currently live in New Jersey. I arrived at the United States with my family on July 3rd, 2001. My I-94 depature date notes January 2nd, 2002. It has been almost 5 years since I have been in the US without a status. My father is currently married to a US Citizen, which he received his permenant residency from. He has a Social Security Number, a green card, legal work papers, and everything else. He was scheduled for a few immigration meetings. My father tried to submit the "Relative Support" for me but they told us it could take up to 5 years. They told me if he was a Citizen, it would take anywhere from 6 months to a year. I was denied because my priority date wasn't current, which I didn't understand at the time. This was around March of 2006. It could take 3 years before my father becomes a citizen. However, I am no longer in contact with my dad for personal reasons. I do know though, if there was a solution, I could probably turn to him and get it done. I'm almost 19 years of age, spent most of my teenage years here, learned the language, adepted to the American society, and attended High School for 4 years. I am not attending college as of right now because without a SSN I could only go to a community school, not a real college. I was wondering if there's anything I can do regarding my status, or if I can somehow re-new my I-94 card so I could at least obtain a NJ driver's license. It's very hard to get by without a legal job, a car, or credit to get approved for different things. My main concern is getting some sort of status, or at least getting my I-94 to be valid in order to drive here. I was wondering if I can leave to Canada and come back, would that re-new my I-94? Please help me, as I grew hopeless over the years but I'm still fighting. Any advice would be appreciated.
