Very odd situation

Hello everyone......

I currently have a valid H1 and a pending 485 for over a year.
Still waiting for FP.
485 - ND August 2001


If I were to marry a person who is in the US and came here on V visa thru permanent resident parents (her V visa expired in April this year after she turned 21), would I be able to sponsor her for H4 and file for 485.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If her V visa expired this year 2002. What status she is now then?? Does she has any status?? provide more detail a bout this.

I am sorry that she became out of status. You should have taken care of this matter somehow by sending her to school or something else. At this moment her H4 wont get approved even though you apply for her. INS does not tolerate out of status anymore. Now I dont know what choice you have except
becoming a citizen and sponsor her. Or, her parents sponsor her when they get citizanship.
