Very Important, When can I call your Senator. When should I go and try to talk to my senator for my I-485. I filled on Nov 01 2000.

Call if your 485\'s RD was before currently processing date as published in your center\'s bulletin.
BTW, call your senator and not my senator!

It\'s a good idea to disclose details of your file when you ask people for help so that they can give you a good advice. But just looking at Nov 2000 not knowing what category you have filed under,I would say you have a good long wait ahead before you can call your senator! Hang in there.
My details:EB3-india;rd-8/25/99;nd-9/14/99;3rd EAD/AP applied for even though I have a valid H1 till 11/2001;1st FP 11/10/99 approved 1/3/00;2nd FP 5/9/01 approved 5/14/01;waiting 4ever

I wrote that general letter to my senator and he send the letter back and told me that he will check into it.
Should I tell him that please investigate my case. I am on EB2 filled
