Very important time coming for those who filed after 04/15

Guys,

We have seen lots of people with RD of before 04/15 get
FP notices. If you recall most of those guys got ND
not later than 05/01.

Then came along S245 and if you filed after 04/15 you
usually got a ND of well into June. For example I filed
04/30 and my ND is 06/28.

Now an important time has come to see if this phenomenon
will or won\'t have an impact on our FP notices.

I hope someone with a ND of well into June gets a FP notice
now so that we know there won\'t be any great discontinuity
in FP notice delivery due to S245.
 
Only ND 4/01 have got FP notices so far

I have not seen any ND 5/01 also getting FP notice (except fjf485 on Ciba\'s list long back - I remember seeing the posting from fjf485 after FP was done).

Last FP notice (other than fjf485 which was long-long back!!) seems to be for RD 4/10 (ND 4/30, WAC 01-171) - Bongo, like you, I\'m waiting to see how long does it take to reach my RD 4/17 (ND 6/6 WAC 01-203).

EB2 RD 4/18, ND 6/19 WAC-01-214-xxx, No EAD yet!!

BTW, I talked to an IIO last Friday and she was not aware of this huge jump in NDs after 4/15/01!

I think that the FP notices are based on RD/ND rather than last name. zip code etc. , otherwise some of us (w/ RD > 4/15) would have gotten one.

mine:RD 04/11 and ND 05/15 recently no FP yet
I saw FP issued for a person with RD 04/10 and ND 04/30 if i recall correctly. Although our RD\'s are one day apart our ND\'s are 15 days apart and there are folks (like u)with RD\'s just 2-3 days away from mine and ND\'s miles away. I feel that shouldn\'t matter. Me too waiting to see the pattern. Hopefully all of us will get out FP\'s soon. I\'m kinda +ve about this.

What a difference a few days make

Vcy filed on in early April and he got his I485 approved
already.

But some of us who file only a few weeks after haven\'t even
got EAD cards or FP notice.

Oh well, such is life.
