Tata2003,
Congrats. Can you help me understand couple of things, I have interview at fed plaza in two weeks, I am not planning to take an attorney, mine is straight forward Employment based case no AC21 nothing, what is your advise. Were they specific about anything ? which you advise us on.

thank you

Thanks.
I do not think that the presence of my lawyer made a difference there. He had all the documents they asked, but I took the same copies with me just in case. The only good thing is that all the lawyers know the immigration people very well and they make the interview easier, talking to the officer.
If you can,I suggest you to take your lawyer with you.Make sure to let them know that your lawyer is there when he/she arrives if you get there before he/she.
Good luck!!!!
