Very Desperate,Need Immediate Help!

I need your help and I would be very very grateful if
you help me.I have some immigration related question.I
would be very grateful if you could provide me your
expert opinion.

My basic question is I have applied for my greencard
through my employer as well as through my wife(She is
citizen).From employer side my labor has been approved
and its time to apply I-140 and I-485 via my employer.
As far as marriage based case is concerned,it has
been 16 months when I applied for adjust of status.My
marriage is not going well (honestly speaking I am
trying my best to work out things related to my
marriage so I can't even withdraw from my marriage
base case as I applied on that one as my wife insisted
that i should apply and right now things are in bad
shape)
Now I want to continue my Green Card processing based
on my employment
so my questions are.
1.Is it okay to have 2 applications for change of
status for I-140 and I-485?
2.Do I need to mention in my employer based
application about my marriage based case?
3 Is there a way for me to get out of conditional
green card once i get it through my marriage.

Under these circumstances what is the best solution
for me and if i can apply through both what all documents I need to sends for I-140 and I-485?

First thing, you shall consult a good attorney, even if for consultation.
Secondly, it will take you four years via marriage to have conditions removed. The employment card is permanent when you get it in the hand. It takes about two years and you are not afraid of marriage being nullified etc etc.
Employment is best as you have your LC already approved.
Congratulations. Abandon Marraige based case. See a lawyer asap.

Cancel GC thru spouse and proceed thru employment

Cancel the GC thru your spouse and proceed with the one thru your employer. GC thru your spouse will take very long time (>5 yrs) and besides it is conditional for 2 years. You could get GC thru employment in 1-2 years and with AC21, if you have filed I485 and it is pending for > 6 mo, then you are free to switch jobs also and you are not dependent on the sponsoring company any more.
