I have an AOS interview early next week and just few days back learned that I am getting paid some $230 dollars less/week than that of mentioned in I-140 application (no labor as I am under Schedule A).
I am carrying all documents for AOS interview including last 6 months paystubs. During AOS interview if asked about this payroll then what should be my answer to convince officer?
Please advise friends as at this final stage I feel very nervous and under pressure.

Thanks a lot.

---------------the wages written on I-140 are only to be paid after I-485 approval.

Thanks for the response. Does this mean I should not be worried at all for this issue (which is not an issue now)?

Help please

I forgot to provide important info in first post of my thread. currently I am being paid on hourly basis so every paystub has different amount depending on hours I worked for that week(sometimes 42, 37,40,39 hrs etc).
My job letter says I am a full time employee. Tomorrow is my interview and my nervous mind is creating lot of questions. can someone please help me what should be my answer for this situation (different amount on each pay stub) if officer asks question on this?

thanks a lot in advance.

When your interview was scheduled they should have provided you with details what to carry to the interview. This will throw some light into why they scheduled you for an interview in the first place? When you answer this question, you will know what to expect, what kind of documents to present, etc.

Interview letter is generic asking only for passport and I-94. This doesnt mean they wont ask for anything else. Recent paystubs & employment letter are most asked docs if you browse the forum. Ginnu, Realcanadian,UN, others can you shed some light please? thanks,

Interview letter, passport, driving license, birth certificate/marriage certificate, recent 3-4 pay stubs, W-2, tax filing papers for the last 3 years (one can get Transcripts from IRS), employer recent letter, EAD, AP and I-94. If submitted OLD style photographs with I-485 then take 2 front view photographs

Thanks Ginnu. I have actually prepared loads of documents including the ones you mentioned below but my concern remains towards today's post, which is

"I forgot to provide important info in first post of my thread. currently I am being paid on hourly basis so every paystub has different amount depending on hours I worked for that week(sometimes 42, 37,40,39 hrs etc). My each paystub has different hours as I just mentioned.

can you please answer? thanks.
