Hi,
I had reported a lost missing GC, and applied with I90 for a new card replacement, just checked the processing dates for Vermont its backlogged by 1 year! whats happening here.
any body else has experience with this center.
BTW i am now planning to move to a different place, how do i file with them for change of address? They never mailed me the receipt number, i just know my Alien Number.
