Hi,

My Labor was filed in First Week Of Oct 2003. Few Days back our lawyer got response from state labor stating that intend to deny the application because my Company is not based in Vermount. Lawyer replied to state labor.. and we are waiting ....

Mine is Non-RIR, Got message from Lawyer that , Vermount not accepting RIR filing any more. and Processing times shows 12/08/2004.
 
I heard that it takes 2-3 months to get LC from Vermont, is that true?
If yes, then which category is this?

Please let me know if any one knows the vermont SESA contact numbers to find the status of my friends application. Can we find out the status without case no by giving employers phone and last or first name of my friend.

Can anyone please forward some indian employers. I would like to file in Vermont state seems like it is the only one which is going fast. Please forward Indian employer details who are based in Vermont.

Time Line VT SESA

Hi,

I am a new member and I would like to share my information with you all. My case is a NON RIR case and my experience is that VT SESA does not take 3 months to approve labour as shown below

My timeline is as follows

PD (Priority Date) : Dec 8th, 2003
Recd. Instructions to Advertise : 08/06/04
Advertisement placed : 08/16/2004

Please advise how I can speed up my case. Can I do anything at all?
