Why is no one getting approved
Why is no one getting approved when they are processing Feb 15 2005 dates. I don't think people with very old priority dates filed their 485 in 2005.

Yes they did. People with priority dates from 2000 have had to apply for 485 in 2005 thanks to f**** up USCIS and are still waiting. Why is no one getting approved? Then FBI is simply pulling everybody's leg saying that 98% of namechecks is completed in 120 days.... sad.emailraja said:Yes they did. Why don't you file Macdamus Suit or something. Lot of people are doing that for name check. USCIS is completely fcuked up.emailraja said:Yes they did. My concern was priority dates after 2000
If they are not approving cases with PD after Jan 2001 then how come they are moving processing of 485 cases to Feb 2005. Either they should give a clear status of the case that rest of processing is done and it is waiting for visa numbers. Why this state of limbo and keeping everybody in dark?

I filed my I-485(EB3/substitution labour with PD 1999 April) in VSC with RD 25th Jan 2006.no processing date at VSC is feb 15th,2005.so according to VSC, sofar no EAD and no FP received...when can I get my GC?

Guys,
I can definitely sympathize with you guys. If not for this form, I would've been really lonely. Anyways, I got my gc in a very short time. I hope and pray that everyone gets their approval soon.
