Hi,

My 140/485/EAD/AP applications was sent to INS on last week of March. I didn't get the receipts of any of these applications. Nor did my employer has received.
How long does it takes to get the receipts? I had an impression that it takes about two weeks. Pls advise.

P.S: - The checks sent to INS as the application fees has also not chashed yet.

In my case it took 12 calendar days. Check with your attorney he might have got it

VSC no receipt notice

Hello Sudhir,
When did you finally get the receipt notice because I am now in a similar situation. The application was received by VSC 4/29 but no receipt notice yet and the checks were not deposited in bank. I appreciate your response. Thank you

In my case it took almost a month for the receipt notices and the checks to be cleared at VSC. We thought something was wrong, but it wasn't. It just took longer.
