Verify checklist for GC application through Spouse Please..

Hi,
I\'m currently on an H1 valid till march 2003 and my wife is a US citizen.
Here\'s what I\'m planning to Submit TOGETHER at the distict office in Newark,NJ for AOS through my wife.
I would really appreciate some feedback from people who\'ve done it right.

Here\'s my bundle:
I-130
I-485 with G-325a for me
I-864 (affidavit of support)( we filed taxes together)

DO I NEED TO FILL I-693(medical stuff) RIGHT NOW?
DO I NEED TO FILL I-765 even though my H1 is valid till 2003?
How long does this typically take?
Please advice.

They will send you a notice for medical exam later.
You don\'t have to file I-765, but I would think it\'s safer to have it.
