My case is Tranfered to Baltimore-INS When I was there .
Right now moved to VA for new project .
Should I maintain Baltimore address for getting approval from there?
Should I retransfer it to Arlington-INS ?
I do not know how Arlington is doing for transfer cases . Is it Fast OR Slow as compare to Baltimore-INS.
I will appreciate your help . Please share yr knowledge with me .

I can think of three alternatives: 1)Do you still have your MD State ID (with MD address?)..Take that to your Baltimore interview..Be carefull to mention your MD address in any new forms that you may take with you. Show this ID when the Officer asks for it and not your current license card/ID. I think that this will sail you through..My experience is like this..I gave my current ID with VA address..the officer immediately noted this and transferred the case, though he took the fingerprints and signature..2)Even if you feel jittery about showing your MD ID, you could follow my route and just wait for some more time to get your approval at Arlington. This is better than 3)sending change of address to Vermont and waiting for another transfer from Vermont!..These are my views based on my experience..hope this is helpful
