Hi all,

My Employer was not willing to pay me as he didn’t get my payment from the Vendor. I wanted to get my payment by complaining to DOL about my Employer. But before doing this I complained to client about the vendor and later I posted reviews about the Vendor’s company in Desicrunch.com and Goolti.com mentioning how I was cheated by the vendor. I used words like “Fraud Company”, “Fraud” and “Liar” and mentioned Vendor’s name. Unknowingly I even mentioned my email id in the review (Only first name and there is no last name in the email id). Now Vendor called me and said he would sue me for the damages incurred to him because of my review. He also threatened me saying that I have to join his company for what I have done. Can he really sue me for what I posted in Desicrunch.com and Goolti.com? Is it possible to do that? Please help me..

Thanks in advance,
Avaneetha.

-------------------------- Do you have any evidence that vendor threatened
You?

You are NOT employee of vendor. Vendor is not holding your H1 and cant force you to join. You can file complain with DOL for wages against your Employer not vendor.
