My case has been sent from VEC to DOL on June 25th 2002
It was filed as EB3 RIR
My company sponsered me and submitted the application on my behalf.
However, I recieved a letter from my company yesterday stating that:
Thank You for the information on your final steps for permanent residency status, however XXXXX is no longer processing paperwork for green cards, only for visa's while the petitioner is still actively employed with XXXXX.
Although XXXXX can provide you with the neccessary employment letter and verification of employment when the time comes, any fees for this process are solely your responsibility and are required at time of your application.

They want me to do the remainder filing on my own behalf, (they will still sponser me).
Can this be done? Can they initiate the process for the labor certification and then I file the I-140 & I-485 on my own behalf?
or do I need them to continue? What would I need from them at this point?
