VCS Processing times for 10/15/03

I think what has happened is that from now on the official processing time frame for I-485s at VSC is 21 months instead of 20.

processing times as of this month it is 21. Next month would be 22 months from ND and so on. Sorry, that's how it seems to have been the last few months.

Yup. For each month they add to the processing time, as long as they haven't touched my I-485, I can still kick their butts :D :D :D

Unless suddenly they stretch the processing time from say 22 months to 36 months (God forbid).

Its amazing how suddenly it just stalled... Even the 4-5 per week has stopped. At this point, I don;t even check this site every day anymore because nothing is happening but few folks wondering about fantacy Bahama or congressman contacts.

.. Its been "only" 15 months for me,, and I can wait another 9 months,, the frustration part comes when none can say for sure that even after 23 months there would be some news.
Living in USA and having a system where you are on the mercy of uncertanity of a govt. office,,, It wouldnt be possible if it was any other organization than INS....

All we can do is just take it easy and have the R. Dravid patience,,,in other words,,hang in there..

That is the objective of BCIS

I think, we should quit...:D

I seriously beleive that they have a hidden agenda. Nobody wants to improve the situation. I listen to lots of radio talks and recently I am hearing debates about issues that it is necessary to put a temporary (that is what they call it) halt to immigration. By dragging a case for a ridiculously long time they make sure people get tired mentally and physically and eventually they will quit the game and the goal is acheived.

Just another frustrated waiter....

Don't quit! We are tough people!
The CIS should be ashamed of themselves for swallowing our money but doing nothing in return.

BTW - early this year, Tancredo and his cronies submitted/sponsored a bill that proposes a temporary immigration moratorium for 5 years. This was discussed at length in this Forum.

ITs good

Its good

Atleast they stopped giving us false dates

There are infinite number of December cases still pending. Hope they are working on it. Only then the dates will make sense
