Jedi - excellent posts from you lately

With the security checks one never knows if one will get stuck (particularly if one has had no criminal history!). So any resource on this is worth it. Just to add here, one of the 12,000 posts in the name check law suit thread had a person who obtained his full record with USCIS through FOIA (Freedom of Information Act). The report ran to several 100 pages contained all the information regarding security checks dates, etc. USCIS took a few years to respond on the FOI request though.
