Vandalism charge as a minor?

Should a charge of vandalism affect a naturalization application? It was 8 years ago, the applicant was a minor, the only punishment was a fine and community service, and it was not a problem at visa or waiver interviews in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico - even being approved without being backlogged. We have the official court disposition.

I am just not sure if vandalism is a CIMT or if it can hurt the establishment of Good Moral Character, depending on the officer. I don't know if it sends the red flag of gang involvement but it was really just careless juvenile behavior of writing on the bathroom wall at school..

Yes it was disclosed at every step of the process including the consulate and court disposition was submitted.
