I was on a L1 Visa a year back and sponsored my mother's Visitor Visa.I got married recently and now on a H4, My Husband works on a H1.I am planning to invite my mom to USA, with her already issued Visitor Visa(granted for 10 years).This will be her first travel to USA though.Since she was granted Visitor Visa based on my L1, which is not valid anymore, is there chances of denying her stay at the POE in USA.
Will really appreciate if you can give me inputs on this..Have searched lot of forums and couldnt find a similar thread to give me pointers.
