validity of my daughter’s visa to live in USA

Currently my daugher on valid h4 until 2008 . She has separate H-4 approval notice with separate i-94.

Now, my wife is applying for H1B from H4 who is the primary applicant for my daughter’s H4.

(layer have filled supplement to the form I-539 during their H4 extension at the time of my H1B transfer in Aug 05)

In the above situation,Would my daughter’s current H4 visa still be valid to live in USA , even after my wife gets H1B approval?

But whenever your wife's H1 expired, your daughter H4 also expired irrespective of your daughter's H4 expiry date.
