I came to USA on 10/16/1998.
While transfering H1B visa to my current employer A, received an approval from INS till 02/09/2006. (which is beyond the 7th year). I got stamped the visa on my passport accordingly. Therefore my visa is valid till 02/09/2006.
I-140 has been applied based on a pre-approved labor. Now, I got my 7th year extension approval with the same petitioner A, which is valid till 10/16/2005 (end or 7th yr). Thus, I have 2 approvals and one visa stamping on passport currently.
I will be traveling to India for my marriage in next month. My question is, can I use my valid visa and I-94 approval (the earlier one valid till 02/09/2006) for this travel purpose and getting H4 visa for my wife.
Is there any issue. Please advice me on this.
