Valid stamp from A but new H1 from B....do I need a new stamp when re-entering

I have an h1b stamp valid until Aug 2005 from company A. I am planning to transfer to company B. If I do so, can I travel outside the country in Nov and come back on the old h1 stamp or do I need a new stamp of company B?

Jaxen? Any expert or any personal experience? Please help.

No need of new stamping if old stamping is not expired.
based on personal experience. (need to carry H1 approval notice and all the docs)
