Vaccines requested for medical examination

Hi,
I am a lucky winner of DV2019 lottery and my family (me, wife and son aged 7 years)
will soon have the visa medical examination.
They require us to have some vaccines which are absent in our vaccination book like Tdap and influenza.
Are they going to provide it for us or we must find a way to do it before the visit. The latter maybe difficult as we have the appointment in less than a week.
 
The doctor will provide all the required vaccinations. S/he will also fill out a vaccination worksheet for each of you. Especially make sure you keep a copy of your son’s, as he will require this for school and it is in a format US schools will understand.
