Vaccinations needed for Medical Clearance

Dear Folks,

Can someone please advise what all vaccination records are required for medical clearance in order to file for Green Card?
 
It depends various factors such as age, gender, and medical history. Bring the vaccination records to the civil surgeon and they will look at those records and determine what is needed (if anything is needed) for the applicant. Then the civil surgeon can administer the vaccinations right there, or one can go elsewhere for the vaccinations and bring back the records.

I know folks have taken lot of vaccinations when young, but will need to get records.
Hence i am looking for someone who has got clearance for vaccinations taken and were not asked to take vaccinations., so we can check with the doctor to find records of those vaccinations and put dates for those taken.
If we find any missing, than we will have to take them. But want to go with records for evaluation.
Please help

Find out which doctor or hospital gave her the vaccinations when she was younger, and get whatever records are there. What other people did is irrelevant.

We found out. I dont know if you know how it was in India in 1980's.
The doctor has asked us to get information which are required and than they can verify if that was given or not and write tentative date's.
I really need this information from someone who has got clearance, whether they had to take vaccines or not, i just need list of vaccines, as i need to check. If the doctor has given, they will write it.

We do not have any control over doctors there, they are from days when Doordarshan was only TV Channel and used to show straight colored lines until a channel begins. So thats how they still do business.

If i get vaccine information they can verify and let us know how many they have given and approximately when and also they can give in writing as they work with a different type of system

If i dont get this information, we simply cannot take vaccinations again, as this is not like 'Advil' or 'Tylenol'. This is vaccination and this is serious matter

Please help. There must be a lot of those who have got clearance and who have saved records. Unfortunately i dont have my own records from when i got medical clearance in 2003. I wish i could have saved it.
