vacation time in contract

i have joined a new job , the contract says that i have " three weeks of vacation"
intially i understand or was given to understand that three weeks would mean 21 work days , but the employer it saying its 15 work days.
purely from the legal point of view if it mentions " three weeks vacation" , should it mean 15 days or 21 work days .
is there any use to ask a contact lawyer( only want to do it if there is ambiguity)

3 weeks would generally mean 15 "working" days assuming a usual 5 day work week.

3 weeks is 15 working days not 21 days if it is in weeks else they write number of days.
