V.Urgent Please Help!! H4/H1 issue

The situation is that ,


I have filed H1 visa for my fiancee on April 1,2007. We are getting married in July and are planning to file for her H4 visa in July so that she is able to come with me in July07 itself( after we get married)


I wanna know if there can be any complexities/problems in getting her H4 visa , based on whether her H1 petition is approved/not approved at the time we apply for H4 visa in july 2007 ?:confused:

Getting H4 is not a big issue. Only problem is , if she enter with h4, she can not use her H1 unless she get her H1 stamped in her pp and re enter US.
