My lawyer and myself have been sending forms back and forth trying to get everything in order. This is where I need suggestions -
My company is in a very pathetic stage. Anything can happen anytime by the end of the year (hopefully we stay that long !!!!) My lawyer says that since I am on a H1, EAD is not necessary for me. But what happens if I get laidoff in the next 3 months. Can I start working anywhere? Which one is better - EAD or H1?
