USMLE Step1 exam Score

Hi Everyone,
               My sis passed her Step1 with a score of 82 percentile.
is it possible to get into some(!) residency course with this score or is it a very bad score? I know that many have been scoring 99s and above also.

Hi, I think you need both Step 1 and 2 for applying for a residency. And yes the score though not excellent is good enough to get her into some program

Thanks Deepti! Do you by any chance know of any one coming to the USA for the CSA exam? If so, how did they manage to get the visa to come from India?
