Using Parole Vs H1

Hi All,

My I140 - I485 applications are pending with BCIS. I have also received our AP and EAD. I also have a valid H1 visa.

1) I am planning to go out of USA in Dec. When coming back in the USA, should I be using my Parole or my H1 visa.

2) If I decide to use my Parole and I lose my job and my I140 application is revoked (withdrawn) by my employer
then can I transfer my H1 visa over to a new employer ?

3) Is it possible that I use my H1 and my spouse uses her AP ? (she would like to work when she comes back)

4) If for some reason (I cannot think of any myself) , they do not permit me to enter the US using my parole, can I at
that time ask them to use my H1.

Just being paranoid ... this whole gc experience has made me very paranoid !!!

This topic is discussed here earlier and use of AP doesnot invalidates H1b but use of EAD does. so if one enters on AP can still maintain H1b status and I confirmed the same from authorises personells. because even I am planning on using AP to reenter in the case if there are delays in visa stamping at US consulate in mumbai, India.
