My priority date is 2012. My ex-employer revoked my I-140 in Feb 2018. If I go back to him, can he re-use the old PERM and apply for a new I-140 based on the old PERM? Can he reinstate that I-140 back which was revoked 2.5 years ago?
If employer has revoked previously filed & approved I-140, a new PERM & I-140 has to be redone and of course you can port oldest filed priority date for new I-140
