Hi Gururs,

Is there any website where i can find more info about "Using EAD vs Extension of H1" I know a lot of people would have thought over it.

use EAD if not stable with current job

It never hurts to get your EAD ready..even after having your EAD you can continue on H1..and it can come handy in case you get laid off or something or want to change employer after 180 days.
