Using Automated Scripts/Tracking -- Punitive Violation??

Well, I have been honchoing for quite a long time now regarding many in this forum using automated tracking scripts to perform trend-analysis on I-485 approvals. As most of you would have seen that after the portfolio utility was created by USCIS, it has posted a warning regarding Title 18, USC, Section 1030 by which such attempts may be prosecuted. I do not want to cause any panic, but just wanted to politely remind that such a thing does exist and please be aware of the risks before you start running scripts which may well land you into trouble, if USCIS should go according to Hoyle.

Thanks!

Anyhow they are taking out the customerservice by next october, you can call them directly to the USCIS area officer to findout what is going on the cases.

Some time back I saw in www.immigration-law.com

But, It is very important if the violation policy started tracking the computers.

Guys beaware ....
