I entered US on visitor visa in 2001 and then a company applied for my H1B before my visitor visa expired. My I 140 was approved back in Sept 2003 and I 485 is pending till then.
I got my Advance parole and trying to go to India. Is it safe to go to India since i entered US w/ visitor visa and changed over to H1.

Suggestion or comment will be greatly appreciated.
