Using AP second time

Hello All,

My AP is valid until December 2003. I recently traveled to India and came back in June. While coming back, I got a new I-94 and my AP was stamped until June 2004.

I would like to travel to Bahamas next month and I was wondering what the procedure is?

Is my AP valid for this second travel? Do I need a visa to the Bahamas? (My husband has a GC and he wouldn't need a visa to travel to Bahamas)

Any help is appreciated.

Hand in I-94 on the way out and show AP on the way in. That's what I heard.

Does that mean that Advance Parole is valid for Multiple Entry for the period it is valid?

I am not sure why I got 2 original documents from INS. It doesn't mean that I am allowed to travel out of the country only twice, does it?

Shruthi, you can travel with AP as long as it's valid.
