Using AC21 with substitute labour

Hi Friends,
I have a small question. My I-140 is filed using the substitute labour. It has been approved in Oct 2002. I got my EAD also.
May be this is a dumb question. But I want to ask any way.
If I want to change the job using AC21, is there going to be a problem. I wouldn't know the substitute labour's job description and salary. I cant get that info from my company. In this context how does the AC21 rules apply. i.e new job description and salary similar to what I am doing now or what it is presented in the substitute labour.
I really appreciate your advise on this issue.

I don't think you should have any problem as long as you stick to AC21(similar job & salary)

My 2 cents. There should not be problem. If your old employer does not revoked 140 before your 180 days of RD.
