Using AC21, need advise on choosing employer

Hi,

I am planning to use AC21. I have few employers in mind I want to work for.
Does it matter how big is the company?

one employer has over 200 employees
one employer has 30 employees
one emplyer has 2 employees

Will USCIS issue RFE and ask company financial details?
What kind of RFE USCIS can send other that Job description and job duties?

------ if they are ready to give AC21 letter and they pay you good
one employer has 30 employees
------ you can also go with them if they give AC21 letter and they pay you good
one emplyer has 2 employees
------ will not go with them

----- permanent job offer with same/similar job duties and they can also ask company "ability to pay"

Hi All
I need ur help pls!!
My I140 has been cleared, and I am stuck in namecheck.
My Labour was filed as a Software Development engineer.
Now I want to change the employer and I have a job offer as a "DEVELOPMENT MANAGER"
Can I take up this job offer.
will the USCIS consider this as a Same/similar job?
Has anyone changed from Development enginner to Development manager.
I need your help ASAP since I have a very short time to accept/reject the offer.
There is no issue regarding the company size/financial status. The company that has made an offer is one among the top IT giants.
ANy help is highly appreciated.

Manager is not same as developer/engineer. I dont think you can use this for AC21. But you can request the employer to give different title with the job duties you want for AC21. Explain the situation to them. It might work
