I am working on H1 with company A, my labor and I140 approved in 2006 with PD July 2003 from future employer company B. Company A and B are owned by same owner. My current H1 is based on Accountant job, but I dont know why my lawyer filed my labor and I-140 as a bookkeeper.

My question is could I use AC21 after 180 days of filing I485 to another future company C under bookkeeper? Or is that AC21 could be use only if one's current employer and greencard petitioner is same? I am not sure what are my options since my Company A and company B are owned by same owner.
Experts please advice me.

-----------------YES from 180 days of I-485 RD and if I-140 is approved and C is going to give you same/similar job duties permanent job offer letter to invoke AC21

Or is that AC21 could be use only if one's current employer and greencard petitioner is same?
----then why the AC21 ???? AC21 is for new employer job offer who has not filed I-140 or I-485 for you.

----------------if want to work with B after I-485 approval then you need to invoke AC21 with company B job offer letter
Experts please advice me.
