need your help in sorting my confusion. I got my GC with the sponsoring employer A who filed for future employment; currently working for employer B; filed 140/485 concurrently and got my 485 approved after 7 months. i got my plastic card as well.
was out of country so couldn't use AC21 within 485 pending for more than 180 days so my question is
"Is it possible to still use AC21 (as my 485 was pending more than 180 days)and stick with B in a similar job or i have to go to my sponsoring employer A who filed my labor and GC for future employment." OR I have no choice but to join A as i never worked with him.
